I love using the big heavy duty pallets(4' X 10') that our local roofing supply company is anxious to get rid of. They may not last as long as the block method, but I love being able to add and take down the 4th side. You can aslo use 3 pallets and cut one in half . . .then load material all the way to the back and keep loading forward as it fills up. Then you remove the back 5' side and start removing from that end as it will be finished first.
Much cheaper, faster, and simpler to use these pallets, even if you have to replace every few years.
